ActionMAN Award given to coaches that embody ActionCOACH’s 14 Points of Culture

Las Vegas – Each year, ActionCOACH honors some of its top coaches with an ActionMAN Award. This award is given to coaches who embody the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH.
At this year’s Americas Conference held at the Hilton Memphis, in Memphis, Tennessee, Janna Hoiberg of Colorado Springs, Colorado was one of the winners.
The Founder and Chairman of ActionCOACH, Brad Sugars presented Hoiberg with the ActionMAN Award.
“Janna is consistently one of the top coaches in the United States, year in, year out,” Sugars said. “She is truly an ActionMAN because of the consistently excellent work she does in her community helping businesses reach their potential.”
Hoiberg is no stranger to winning accolades for her work as an ActionCOACH Business Coach, but she was still taken aback by winning this award.
“I’m speechless,” Hoiberg said upon winning the award, “There are so many people to thank, especially my team that works so hard every day to help business owners in and around Colorado Springs.”

Las Vegas - Every year ActionCOACH honors some of its finest coaches with the ActionMAN Award, which embodies the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH.
This year, at the 2011 Americas Conference, Janna Hoiberg, based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado was named the winner of the ActionMAN for Balance.
Often in life, balance is lost and work takes up every waking hour.
For Hoiberg and her clients, striking the balance between work and personal life is a priority. She does an outstanding job of showing her clients how to appreciate all the aspects of their lives, balancing everything that comes their way.
ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the ActionMAN to Hoiberg.
“Janna Hoiberg is a unique individual because she is such a naturally balanced person to begin with. But as a Business Coach she really shows her clients the importance of balance in maintaining a happy life and a strong business,” Sugars said.
Winning this award was something of a shock to Hoiberg, but not to those around her who know her as a person who consistently finds ways to balance the challenges of business and personal life with strength and good humor.
“Winning this award is an incredible honor. It means so much to be recognized my work over the last year. I know that 2011 will be another great one,” she said.

Janna Hoiberg Honored at ActionCOACH’s 2010
Americas Regional Conference
Janna Hoiberg was awarded the “ActionMAN” award for “Balance” at the regional conference.
ActionCOACH, the number one business coaching firm in the world, hosted its 2009 Americas Regional Conference January 11-15 at the Aliante Station Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The conference culminated with its annual Awards Dinner to honor the “Best of Best” in the coaching community.
At the awards dinner, 14 Business Coaches were honored with the ActionMAN Award. The ActionMAN award represents ActionCOACH’s “14 Points of Culture.”
ActionCOACH’s founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award. “Janna Hoiberg is a recognized leader in the ActionCOACH community and has been able to
build her business effectively,” Sugars said.
Hoiberg was honored by this recognition.
“Winning the award was an honor and a surprise. It has also helped me with renewed purpose in spending the time necessary to move my business forward,” Hoiberg said.
