Annual ActionMAN Awards emblematic of ActionCOACH's 14 Points of Culture
Every year ActionCOACH honors some of its finest coaches with the ActionMAN Award, which embodies the 14 Points of Culture developed by ActionCOACH.
This year, at the 2011 Americas Conference, Janna Hoiberg, based out of Colorado Springs, Colorado was named the winner of the ActionMAN for Balance.
Often in life, balance is lost and work takes up every waking hour.
For Hoiberg and her clients, striking the balance between work and personal life is a priority. She does an outstanding job of showing her clients how to appreciate all the aspects of their lives, balancing everything that comes their way.
ActionCOACH Founder and Chairman Brad Sugars presented the ActionMAN to Hoiberg.
"Janna Hoiberg is a unique individual because she is such a naturally balanced person to begin with. But as a Business Coach she really shows her clients the importance of balance in maintaining a happy life and a strong business," Sugars said.
Winning this award was something of a shock to Hoiberg, but not to those around her who know her as a person who consistently finds ways to balance the challenges of business and personal life with strength and good humor.
"Winning this award is an incredible honor. It means so much to be recognized my work over the last year. I know that 2011 will be another great one," she said.
